It depends on how much fit-out the brief needs; a ready-to-move-in space is quicker than one built to a layout. Give the team your target move-in date and they will tell you what is realistic.
No. Desks have published rates; a managed office is quoted against the brief, because the fit-out, the term and the number of seats all move the number. The guide price for a private office starts at ₹7,000 per seat before GST.
